Priorities USA Action released a new ad Saturday attacking Mitt Romney for his tax plan.

The ad, called "We The People," claims Romney's plan involves "tearing down the middle class." It features findings from recent study by the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center, which suggested Romney's plan would primarily boost the income of the wealthiest taxpayers.

The 30-second spot will run on television and online in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin, according to a release from Priorities USA.

This isn't the first time Romney's tax plan has received criticism. The Washington Post's editorial board said Romney's plan gives him "little standing to criticize Mr. Obama’s fiscal shortcomings."
